Door Transitions
L.C.S.I offers two options when there is a need for lifts in several rooms; allowing movement of the user from room to room and from rail system to rail system.

Option 2: Swing solution.
The two different swing solutions are the DH1000 swing where the hoist itself is "swung" through the door opening, and the GH2 swing where the hanger is "swung" through the door opening.
(Examples below)
Transition through an ordinary door
The door plate and the door opening are increased in height so that they reach the lower edge of the rail.
Transition through a sliding door.
The door plate and the door opening are increased in height so that they reach the lower edge of the rail. The rail is led through the frame. The one-sided suspension of a sliding door allows the door to be closed around the rail.
Transition through an ordinary door - opening for hoist
The hoist is run through an opening in the wall - allowing the original door height to be maintained.
DH1000 Swing
In order to be able to use a DH 1000 Swing solution (portable hoist) in connection with transition through a door opening, the ceiling height must be at least 2400 mm and the maximum thickness of the wall must be 110 mm.
DH 1000 can be used in several successive rooms.
Saves the expense of heightening the door opening and door plate.
Run A and B as close to each other as possible. Run the DH 1000 up so that the A strap can be attached to the top hanger on the DH 1000.
Attach the snap hook on strap A to the top hanger on the DH 1000.
Lower the DH 1000 so that it swings over and the load can be placed on strap A.
Run up the DH 1000 so that strap A can be released from the top hanger on the DH 1000.
When strap A bears the full weight, draw the suspension strap on the DH 1000 free so that it is released from strap B and can be attached.
GH2 Swing
In order to be able to use a GH2 Swing solution with transition through a door opening, ceiling height must be at least 2400 mm and the maximum thickness of the wall must be 110 mm.
The GH2 Swing saves the expense of heightening the door opening and door plate.
Place the two GH2 as close to each other as possible. The lifting hanger is mounted on the hook of one of the GH2.
Unroll the free strap of the other GH2 until it can be hooked onto the oval hook of the lifting hanger.
Continue to unroll a little further the lifting strap of the hoist and then wind up the other lifting strap. Once the transfer has been carried out, one of the lifting straps is unloaded.
Disconnect the unloaded strap from the lifting hanger. Wind up the lifting strap into the hoist, where it remains until the hook is going to be used again.
Move the lifting hanger up to correct working height.
Option 1: Rail transitions

Rail transition is the most functional solution both for the user
and the care giver. (Examples below)
